Installing 4.2 hangs on installing default zenpacks

Hi all,

I could really need some help or some idears for the following problem:

I'm trying to install 4.2 on a real RHEL6.4 server on RHEV 3.1. I have used the auto-deploy script to install, as I gave up on the RPM method, as RabbitMQ gave me hell. My problem is that the installation ran as expected with no errors or warnings, but when trying to start the first time it just hangs with:

Daemon: zeneventserver starting...

Waiting for zeneventserver to start....

2013-08-02 08:07:38,754 INFO zen.ZPLoader: Loading /opt/zenoss/ZenPacks/ZenPacks.zenoss.ApacheMonitor-2.1.3-py2.7.egg/ZenPacks/zenoss/ApacheMonitor/objects/objects.xml

There is NO cpu being used, it just sits there and there is absolutly nothing in the log files. And yes I have tried to remove the ApacheMonitor from the auto-install zenpack list. And then it just sits waiting on the next zenpack.

Any help would be really appriciated as i desparatly need to move from a zenoss 3.4 on rhel5 to this new set of versions.

Rgds
