Create locations programmatically

Hello, I need your help for that.

I have a file with the location and the IP address of my devices,

I succed in add devices with python like this : http://community.zenoss.org/docs/DOC-3805

But I would like to create locations and add my devices in with a program, is it possible, and how ?
