Running zenoss 4.2.4 rhel6.4. Coming from v 3.0.3
Noticed de UI is a bit slower than its predecesor. Some things i noticed when enabling de debug option:
advanced > user interface > show page statistics
load time for dashboard varies depending on what machine you are using, example:
-core2duo 6300 3gb ram: 2 seconds
-core i3 4gb ram: 1 second
This only happens when you enter a page that involves searching the database.
This did not happen on 3.0.3, page load was exactly the same regardless of the machine you were using.
my zenoss hardware:
x3550 8core, 16gb ram + 2 collectors.
Did the mentioned tunning.
Did anyone had a performance boost from the tunning?
What would be the reason for the slow UI in the new version 4.2.4?.
