Hi,
I'am a new Zenoss user and I have some problems. I'm sorry if I do stupid questions but I have not found the solutions to my issues.
Some details to explain the view of the situation:
- Zenoss 4.2.3 r26491;
- OS Linux (x86_64);
- devices to monitor: Juniper EX-4200;
- ZenPacks installed by me: ZenPacks.ZenSystems.Juniper (v. 2.0), ZenPacks.community.JuniperPerformance (v. 1.0) and ZenPacks.community.SNMPLocation (v. 2.0.1).
- Device class: /Network/Switch/Juniper
The plugin selected to monitor devices are (in order):
- zenoss.snmp.NewDeviceMap;
- zenoss.snmp.DeviceMap;
- zenoss.snmp.InterfaceMap;
- zenoss.snmp.RouteMap;
- zenoss.snmp.IpServiceMap;
- zenoss.snmp.HRFFileSystemMap;
- zenoss.snmp.HRSWInstalledMap;
- JuniperDeviceMap;
- JuniperFanMap;
- JuniperPowerSupplyMap;
- JuniperRoutingEngineMap;
- JuniperFPCMap;
- JuniperPICMap;
- JuniperBGPMap;
- JuniperVlanMap;
- JuniperBaseCompMap;
- JuniperComponentsMap;
- JuniperContentsMap;
- JuniperMICMap;
- community.snmp.LocationMap.
Monitoring Templates (binded):
- Device (/Devices);
- JuniperBaseComp (/Network);
- JuniperContents (/Network);
- JuniperFPC (/Network);
- JuniperMIC (/Network);
- JuniperPIC (/Network);
- JuniperRoutingEngine (/Network).
Now I say you what are my issues:
- I don't view 'SNMP Location' and 'SNMP Contact' in the section 'Overview';
- I don't view 'Device Title' in the section 'Overview';
- I view empty Graphs of CPU and Memory.
I have attched two screenshots too.
I hope I make clear to let you understand my problems.
Thanks a lot.
